The Toll-Free number plan includes 400 minutes per month; additional minutes are billed at 4.9¢ per month. Calls originating from Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands or other nearby island groups will have special, higher, per minute rates that will vary by each of these regions. Additional fees applicable to toll free numbers include Conference Call usage and international long distance.
Monthly and one-time fees are charged in advance. Calls are charge a 30 second minimum with 6 second increments thereafter except conferencing, which is charged a minimum of 10 minutes per participant and in 30 second increments thereafter. Local, state, and federal taxes are charged where applicable. Valid credit card required for service activation and monthly billing.
Additional Menus, Bulletins, Hunt Groups and Extensions may be purchased in packs of 5 for $5.00. Packs contain 5 of the same type of feature, for example a Menu pack contains 5 Menus.
